Many additions to the RAVE Audio Mixer processing and engine has been supported.

We added the ability for the PC Audio Sound Card to have 16 channels into the Rave Audio Mixer.

PC Faders are now like all the other Assignable Faders and do not "lock" to a hard coded fader.  Makes it easier when assigning to a USB Midi Panel.

v4.0 is Now Released

This is a roll-up of the Version 3 and Version 4 Features.
