  • 1.  Key settings not saving/recalling consistently

    Since upgrading to Vision 16, I have noticed that certain key attributes will not save and recall reliably.

    For example, the transparency of a key (2 me stores - fill/matte) kept defaulting to 0% transparent. This happened at (seemingly) random times and not, as you might expect, when recalling memories or custom controls. I couldn't pinpoint any specific action that would cause it to default. It happened regularly throughout my shows this weekend.

    I have also had issues with chroma-keys not recalling the proper settings.

    Is this a known issue or something I'm doing wrong?

    Version 17.3 is released I recommend you upgrade to that version. Then you can recall memories set the values and then Re Store them.

    IF after that your still having issues please send us your setup files and we can load them and try to recreate the issues.
