    Hello,

We have just taken a receipt of a Carbonite 2M/E switcher and are in the process of doing a few quick scenarios. ATM I have imported a still with the idea of using it as a watermark.

I can position my image and then key it - but I cannot resize it - and if I was to use a DVE to resize my image then it appears that I cannot key it.. It seems that the keyers and DVEs are in an either/or capacity in the switcher. Is this correct or am I doing something wrong?

In Carbonite you are not able to "Fly a Key". The DVE is doing a PIP only.

However if you are making the logo in an outside image editor (i.e. photoshop) then you can make the image the size you would like it to be and then position it using the X-Y attributes of the Media Store channel.

For Logo's and Bugs we recommend that you make it the size you want it but not "raster Positioned" that way you use less space in the Ram Cache and are able to just use the Media Store to do the "dve like" positioning.
