    Hi Mike

Key PV and Show Alpha have not been implemented at this time. They will be enabled in a future software release.

They would show up on the main PV output and the MV window assigned to PV.

Thanks, I just replaced my Snergy1 with the Carbonite Studio Elite, here at Canadore College and the feature to quickly check your key will be missed, less confusing then selecting the key in the transition area, hope it comes back real soon.

Are the "Show alpha" and "Key PV" buttons still dead? When will they be enabled?

Yes they still have not been implemented.

There still is no date as that feature has not been assigned.

If you have enough switcher inputs you could assign the 'alpha' to the shifted side of the the input of the fill signal.

    IE:

    CG1 -- Shifted CG1 Alpha

    CG2 -- Shifted CG2 Alpha

    Bug --- Shifted Bug Alpha

For "key PV" Tag all the keyers and your background source to be used - it previews what you finished product will be before you take it to air

Yeah, but you're still unable to show the alpha of a self-, chroma-, or DVE-key for example (as far as I know).

The Key PV is indeed not that important, but it's nice for more comfortable and quicker control.
