Production Switchers

Hey folks...just wondering if there is a way real quick to create a spot shadow of a still then push the highlighted txt in the shadow forward in the squeeze tease...and if I am stuck using a box format or is there a way to make the crop round??

However if you were to use a SelfKey and then Pattern Mask it you could mask the shape you would like and then Fly Key it away from the background. I would do that on like Key 2 while on Key 1 you do a self Key of Black and just apply transparency to the key to get the amount of "darkness" that you would like.
