  • 1.  Why the associated audio keeps looping when playing MediaWipe? (the sequence is not looping)

    A Targa Sequence has been loaded to the media-store with the associated audio file.
    When playing MediaWipe with fader, there is no problem.
    But when playing with "Auto Trans" button, even the sequence finished, the audio file still keeps looping. The attribute "Loop" is off.

    The software version of the Carbonite Black is V11.1.2.13444.

    What is the problem with that?

    I think this is resolved in v12 but also think what causes it is that your sequence and audio file are not the same length of time. Think this happens when the audio is shorter.

    I see, so in V12, even the audio file and sequence are in different length, the audio will not loop, right?

    Sorry missed this -- yes in version 12 we fixed that issue -- seems like it only affected audio being shorter than the video.
