Production Switchers

One of the faders on our panel is consistently completing transitions about halfway through the fader's range. I tried resetting the panel, and the issue returned after the reset. I also tried the 'Module Test', and could see that the 0x0FFF limit was consistent with prior results. Is there a reset for the fader, or a calibration method I can try?

You need to recalibrate your fader -- inside the installation menu you will find Calibration -- Then go to ADC Calibration. Move all of your fader to the limits a few times -- do this "gently" no need to "shove" the fader firmly into the stop limit. Also might as well adjust your Positioner around the full 360 degrees and twist the knob while your at it. Then save your calibration and you should be good.
