Production Switchers

Hi all,

Something strange happened to our Switcher a couple of weeks ago, seemingly randomly.

... Somehow, all of the DVE Wipes we had saved in our Switcher (IE "Lens Flare") simply vanished. No one at the station seems to have any clue why or how to recover them.

Any guesses? They don't even seem to be backed-up on a Master Thumb Drive. :( Any and all help is appreciated. Thanks!
