Production Switchers

Hiho again :)

For some reasons it seems like the Aux delegation as well as the key delegation is not stored within the switchers save files.

Also rebooting the switcher (which is sometimes forced by an IP change for example) will reset all delegations back to the default black.

Am I doing something wrong? Or is this a known issue?

Hi Marc,

you need to save the RState of the switcher once you have it setup to the State that you would like it to be in when you "power" it up.

Under the Reset menu -- or in dashboard on the memory page -- RState Attributes tab. You can pick the Aux Buses and media Stores that you want it to "recall" on a reboot. Get your switcher setup with all sources and Keyer States even that you would like. Then use this menu or DashBoard page to define the Recall and then select Save RState.

This will now show you what will happen on a Reboot or when you Hold down the Menu Button and Press the Reset Button.
