I can not seem to get UX to receive commands from a CC I build in Carbonite Dashboard. I would normally expect to add UX as a device. I can add an Rosstalk Xpression sub-type device using the UX computer's IP, but I'm not sure that sub-type is correct, nor do I see a specific UX sub-type. When building an Event on UX I can trigger the event with a RossTalk GPI and "Global RossTalk Server Port" and instructions seem to indicate the proper syntax is the "IP:Port", but field will not take any IP address of the Carbonite. Any suggestions on what I need to do to get UX added as a device? Am I thinking about this completely wrong? I don't see any way to have Dashboard talk to UX.
