Production Switchers

Hi: I'm sure there's a simple solution for this problem; when I use Roll Clip to cue XPression or our Blackstorm server, I get a short "glitch" at the head of the transaction. With XPression, I see a flash of the previous key used. In the case of Blackstorm, I see a pause on frame 1 for a fraction of a second, before the clip starts. I understand that there's a pre-delay setting, but for the life of me I can't find it.

So my questions... would setting pre-delay properly fix these issues, and if not, then what would?

Yes you need to set the delay accordingly. When you setup the device (page after IP) you have options. The knob under options will change which option your affecting. One of the options is the pre roll delay setting.
