Production Switchers

Hey,

with the newest update i got an issue.

The Xpression outputs FILL / KEY via SDI. Inputed to the Carbonite it looks fine.
Once i want to key it with Autoselect - Clip Gain @50% and Transparent 0%

This gives me on a Fullscreen gfx a non 100% correct keyed signal. its around 5 % transparent. if i turn the gain down to 44% its fine.

I have noticed that the Fill in has a higher Blacklevel then 0%.


Any idea where the issue comes from ?

Xpression looks ok as the gfx where used last year and also older gfx that worked have this problem now. i recently updated the carbonite.

Might be best to call tech support. Do you have a plus model? If so any chance you have a proc amp turned on the fill?

Stefan, Have you checked that the alpha channel is correctly associated with the fill in the input settings? Also is the keyer set to additive?

yes we have the plus model.

i have no proc active on that inputs. yes the alpha is setup correctly. the keyer is set to normal but i tryed additive earlier as well.
