  • 1.  Whither USB?

    How do I refresh the database/XML data on a USB drive? Switcher can't find items transfered to the drive (via FTP), and insists on listing items no longer on the drive. Detached and reattached the drive, and now I have nothing.

    Ideas?

    Geoff, what version of Carbonite firmware are you running?

    We did have a bug in V5 that failed to rcognize new content transferred to the USB via FTP, that has been cured in V5.1. You can double check your current version by pressing Menu - Status. The latest version is directly downloadable from our website.
