Production Switchers

I have two images with Alpha Channels that I want to have in M1 and M2. However, the switcher only lets me display one at a time. Whenever I try to load in a second gfx the switcher "blends" the two together... Can there be two loaded at the same time?

Hi Jamie,

In the personality menu make sure you have your MediaStore mode set to Dual or Swish+ modes. If your in Tall mode then you only have 2 channels and 1 is Fill with 2 as Alpha. In Dual or Swish+(this allows for media wipes) then you split the total Cache in half (2 gig for Ch 1/3 and 2 gig for 2/4) and now you have 4 channels 1 uses 3 for alpha and 2 uses 4 --- or you can load them as Video/Video as well.

Thank you Les. I had the switcher set to Dual mode but, silly me, I didn't confirm the changes after I toggled to the "dual" option. Thank you!
