I am wondering if there is a workaround for this. I am trying to use the clean feed for a pushback effect. I am running a Carbonite 2me, 24 input switcher. What I want to do is rout my clean feed into a key. Normally I would never want to rout this but for this instance I do.
I want to rout my ME1 into key 2 on my ME2 side (which is easy). By turning on key 2, I want to have my clean feed routed into a key with dve on ME1, so that I can keep switching on my PGM/Preset to change those cameras, ultimately resulting in a pushback with replay on my ME1 side.
The switcher will not let me choose clean feed as a routable source.
Can I disable the clean feed lock so I can rout that into the key?
My fix for now is having the engineers send me the clean feed back to me on one of my aux outs, which causes more delay.
I am trying to avoid changing cameras by selecting the keyer on ME1 and switching that way.
Any help or other ideas for this would be greatly appreciated.
