  • 1.  External program for macro editing

    Hello again,

is there any external program for windows for a more comfortable macro scripting? It would be awesome with a nice overview, the ability to easily copy files between sets and change certain parameters really quick. Any plans for that?

    Thanks,

    Marc

No you need to be connected to a Frame to be able to use DashBoard to Edit Custom Controls.

Dashboard does what you are looking to do.

Fastest way to copy files between sets is make your main set. Then re-save it as another name. Then modify the parameters you want to and re-save the set that you modified.

Each SET has 8 banks of custom controls, for instance I build my shows:

Bank one is normal score-bug in and out of replays. Bank two is a copy of bank one with the replay changing the score-bug to my clocks cutout with the switcher and inserted into the score-bug. Bank three is CG2 being used as the score-bugwith the clocks cut out by the switcher and inserted in the CG2. Bank 4-7 are generally not used, but if I do then I put 2 boxes, 3 boxes, 4 boxes, 5 boxes, split screen, still store (media player recalls) of different backgrounds. Bank 8 is the same as Bank 1 but omitting any type of score-bug.

I quickly copy Bank 1 custom controls to the other Banks as described above via DASHBOARD then modify the replay out moves on Bank 2 and Bank 3 respectfully.

However you decide to do your workflow --- SAVE SAVE SAVE your set after modifying
