Production Switchers

I am trying to find the solution to eliminating the delay between our Carbonite switcher and our Harris (Imagine Communications) Nexio server. Currently, whenever we hit the crosspoint on the switcher to the server playback, the switcher makes the switch but there is a 33-frame (in 59.94 fps) delay before the server plays the clip. I have gone into the Carbonite GPO and reduced the delay to 0 with no effect. It becomes annoying and appears as an on-air glitch to see a still frame of the video playback then the video starts rolling.

Has anyone else experienced this and have a solution?

Your setting that delay wrong -- IN the carbonite you need to set the pre delay to be 33 frames. That way it sends the GPO waits the 33 frames then will do the transition. That way the clip is rolling as it goes to air.
