  • 1.  Upgrade 7.0.2 to 11.1.2

    Hi,

    Is it safe to do an upgrade straight from 7.0.2 to 11.1.2, especially seeing it can't be reverted? Is it possible to get a link to download version 10 just in case?

    Edit: All sorted. I had version 10 in a backup that I was able to use.

    Did the software upgrade successfully? From Version V7 to V11.1 is a Big upgrade? Hope can have your experience sharing.

    Yes you can do the upgrade -- Yes it is safe. You are not able to downgrade from 11 to 10 on your own. If you need for some reason to do this then you would have to have tech support log in to your system and aide in this process.
