    Hi,
    Is it possible to upgrade Crossover 12 standard definition switcher to Multi definition switcher through firmware upgrade or any other method?

    It is a paid for software license. A PC with TeamViewer running that is on the same network as the CrossOver is needed so that a Ross Tech can log in to it remotely to unlock it.

    The list price difference on those switchers when they were sold was 4K USD so that was the upgrade fee. Reach out to your Regional Sales Manager and see what they can do.
