  • 1.  Auto Select Key with PNG Single Frame

    Hi! I've got a PNG files with an alpha channel. The alpha channel shows in the Media Manager. When I load the PNG into M1, the key loads in M3 as it should. But I cannot get the key to display properly no matter what settings I use in the Live Assist window. Help?

    What key are you getting? Was it exported from your image editor properly?

    I'm not sure how to describe what key I'm getting. I'll post pictures tomorrow. And I'll post my settings in Photoshop tomorrow as well.

    Hey everyone! I solved the problem. I had set one of my cameras to use the Media Store Frame Sync and that was messing up the key. Still learning... Thanks for replying so quickly though!
