  • 1.  Carbonite Black 2S panel shown "Panel Load Mismatch OK"

    Recently, our Carbonite Black 2S panel shown the message on the small screen "Panel Load Mismatch OK". Don't know if anything go wrong or not.

    Because the switcher is working fine, but this message will mislead the operator there is something wrong...

    The panel was in 1.0 build 124 & switcher in V12.0.3.

    Have try to reset to factory default, but still got this message.

    Hope can have the solution to solve this.

    You need to upgrade the panel PMC. The file and instructions are in the download.

    Since you probably need to do it again might as well download the current version 12.1.1 from the website :) and then upgrade the system software as well as the panel.

    Again, Thank you for the ROSS support team & our Carbonite panel is now normal!
