Media Manager not showing tga sequences

After recently upgrading to software v12.3 my tga sequences that I have on the USB for media wipe transitions no longer show up in Media Manager. All other still frames are fine just not the tga sequences. I can access them and assign via the menu on the control panel but can't see them in Media Manager. Anyone able to assist?
    Thanks
    Andrew.

Have you disconnected the USB, that has your TGA sequences on it and reconnected it?

If you have, does your custom control still work properly ?

What number sequence do your animations start at?

Thanks for the replies.. I can confirm I have tried unplugging and reconnecting the USB. Custom controls and media wipes still work.

Hi Les... sequence numbers start at 0 and go up from there. They were all showing up in version 12.2 before the upgrade.

    Thanks
    Andrew

Did you do a "forced" or soft upgrade?

Forced being only the upgrade on a usb then repowering the switcher and allowing it to boot up off the upgrade usb.

Okay that is weird as I just recently used my USB that I have had forever with one. everything was good.

We did add a thumbnail frame recently. I wonder that even though it has a Cut frame set you may need to check and edit the Thumbnail frame?

Unplug and replug your usb. If it still doesn't work, try another usb port on the switcher. If still no success, copy your PNG files to another usb and try agin.

It is probably the usb and not the port in my opinion.

Hi Guys... Thanks for the comments. To confim it was a forced upgrade and the system rebooted with the USB inserted. The mixer is in a flyaway kit so it has been restarted a few times since the upgrade. Still no tga sequences showing in Media Manager. Single frames are not a problem and show up fine.

I think we need a lot more information here -- Can you take pictures of the Media Manager Screens? Can you take pictures of the USB plugged into a computer and what it sees?

Can you confirm that Custom Controls that call up the IDs for animations work and you can get the media wipe? What does it show as loaded in the channel when you do this?

    Hi Les,
Thanks for the assistance. This is strange because today I have started the mixer up, it's in a flyaway kit, and everything is fine. I don't quite understand but everything is working fine and Media Manager is now showing me the media wipe sequences. By way of answering the question above yes custom controls work, I can call any of the sequences loaded on the USB into the media wipe channel and execute them no problems... I just could not see them in Media Manager.

All good now for some strange reason.

Thanks for the assistance and have a great Christmas with family and friends.

    Cheers
    Andrew.
