  • 1.  Aux panel bug on memory recall on Carbonite

    Hello, we have a new aux panel(CPS-AUX-053B) linked to our Carbonite switcher. We installed it correctly with the procedure of http://www.rossvideo.com/pdf/cutsheets/carbonite-interface/Aux-Panel_CPS-AUX-053B(4802DR-305-01).pdf . When i recall my memory (duplex loop etc) on the switcher, the Aux panel lost the control and random button are flashing on it. Do you have an explanation for this issue? P.S. in my memory recall RollGPO,PBus,VTR and camera are not select(gray)

    Carbonite 2Me (24 input) on version 10.1

    Simon I would call tech support to follow up with this as they can walk you through some different tests to figure out what is going on -- also they can then work with you to pull the logs if it is not resolved to help Dev figure out the issue if it is not resolved.
