  • 1.  Cutting Cameras on Effect Memory

    Hey!

So I am wanting to build a way in my effect memory number keypad to be able to cut my cameras from there as well instead of just on the bus, to save time in larger shows. This is something I can do on a Grass Valley switcher, but not sure if I can do this on a Ross Carbonite. I want to build a macro on it so that if I hit "1" on my effects memory it will put camera 1 onto program and preview on my ME 2. Is this possible on a Ross switcher at all? I would repeat these same steps all the way up to the number 9, for my "main" 9 cameras.

    Cheers!

Just store it as a memory in that way. You would want to set your memory attributes to then not include keyer states of keyers that you would like to ignore so that you manage them outside of those memories.

I would watch the tutorials on memories and attributes.

Could you send me a link for this tutorial?
