Production Switchers

I created a media wipe in After Effects with an alpha channel. I exported it as a PNG sequence with an alpha channel using Media Encoder. When I load it into Media Manager it lists the file as "Alpha Channel: yes" BUT when we run it there's no alpha channel. Any ideas?

What Channel did you load it into? Are you using the MediaWipe transition type?

Thank you! I've downloaded that folder and we're going to test it here in a minute. In the mean time, here's the media wipe we're having trouble with:

We play it out of M2, which is what we've played all our other media wipes from with no issue.

The file has the "alpha channel" in it but it is not a matching Alpha it is just a full frame white for all the frames. So looks like it was built wrong in After Effects.
