  • 1.  MLE 4 Fan Failure

    Had a warning pop-up on the GUI for "Vid card temperature: MLE 4: FPGA 71 C, fan failed" ... but we only have a 3 MLE system. However, the switcher frame doesn't indicate a fan failure. Any guidance would be appreciated.

    You only have licenses for 3 MEs. The Vision Vid Proc houses the hardware for 2 MEs. So on a Vision 3 you do have 2 Boards and each Vid Board has the FPGAs for 2 MEs. You should contact tech support right away so they can look at the logs and help with rectifying the issue.
