  • 1.  Upgrade DashBoard software need un-install Old version DashBoard

    Dear Sir,

    Need to upgrade V8.00 DashBoard to Sync with new V11.1 application software, is it need to un-install the Old (V5.10) DashBoard first?

    Or it can directly install the V8.00 DashBoard software on PC?

    No -- Just run the installer. Make sure DashBoard is not running. It will handle the rest.

    Hello Les,

    I have download all the application files from DashBoard download site, am I need to install all 3 files? They are the 1) DB8_setup 2) DB-Unicode-setup & 3) Ross Video Help-setup?

    Since I have the very simple connection of a Carbonite switcher connected with the DashBoard PC, are all 3 files needed to be run for the upgrade of DashBoard?

    If so, what is the proprer procedures to run which file first?
