  • 1.  Another Multiviewer Question

    We have a Crossover 4801AR-200 12 panel using the multiviewer option convering sdi to dvi using a Miranda picolink converter. In the last 2 weeks or so the video to the multiviewer has become very "soft" looking. I have swapped the monitor and the Picolink with no improvement.

    Running SW ver: 3.0.0.3338

    Any idea as to why this output has become soft and how to remedy it?

    What mode of operation are you in? SD or HD?

    Also the output does not have adjustments so maybe your just noticing it more?

    By the way you can upgrade to version 4 software it is a download on the website found at:

    Ok we are SD. I suppose it is possible we are just noticing it more but if that's the case, it's a lot more. I will download the upgrade.

    Hi Zane,

    When your operating in SD the MultiViewer is also in SD. So if your looking at it on an HD Monitor that monitor is doing the scaling of the video signal. Make sure that all of the settings in the TV are correct.
