Production Switchers

We just upgraded to ver. 14.1b We also have a GPI that triggers a custom (dissolves deko in and out). This custom has run flawlessly for over 2 years. NOW, with the upgrade...we have an intermittent problem where the GPI/custom...actually changes what is setup in the transition area (so will actually change the BG instead of keying in/out).

Any thoughts?

Is this a 2 keyer system or was it upgraded to 4 Keyer? If it is a 2 Keyer then you should use software 14.0 as the extra features that were in 14.1 only apply to a 4 keyer Vid Proc.

There was a bug found about the implementation of the individual keyer transitions for the 4 keyer Vid. We are working on releasing a version of 14.1 that addresses these issues for the 2 Keyer Vid -- however unless your OverDrive or a 4 Keyer Vid then there is no real reason to be on 14.1 over 14.0.

Another thought -- we did change the MultiDSK modes. Check that your mode has the DSKs in a mode where they are not part of the transition area -- think that there is also a personality for ISO MultiDSK to check as well.
