    Hi all,

Thanks again for all the help with my previous queries. I have another issue I'm struggling to find an answer to.

How does Key Memory work? We've recently had to re-map our Switcher some, and one of the button inputs (on the Shift Bus) intended to be Keyed will not. From what I can tell, it's missing the Key Memory, as the graphic we're Keying does in fact have a built-in Alpha Channel.

I've tried to include a snapshot of the error message I keep getting. The Switcher keeps asking for the Alpha to be defined but I don't know how to do that.

Thanks for any and all help, folks. It's appreciated!

You need in Source configuration to map the Auto Key configuration so that it knows which BNC is the Key Channel. So Installation - Source Configuration - Auto Key Setup.

There you will be able to use the first knob to select the source for the Fill then use the second knob to select the Alpha/Key BNC. Now your pair will be complete.
