This is my first post apologies for any poor/irregular formatting
I'm having some issue with using the Frame Synch set to the PGM Bus of ME1 Background. As there are only 6 Frame Synchs built into the system, I was hoping to get round this by assigning two of them to the PGM/PV that the desk allows on ME1 and then change sources as needed and mix to ME1 via ME2 as and when. This doesn't however seem to bring the image in to synch on ME2 program output. Strangely when this option is turned on, ME1 needs the PGM bus double tapped to get the source properly/visibly running through it.
Am I misunderstanding the ability of this function, e.g. can I use ME1 to change sources to be Synched for ME2 to use?
I'm running a Carbonate Frame running version 11.1 coupled with a Carbonate Black 2 ME switcher, i mostly use the side panal on a Mac running alongside.
