Production Switchers

So I seem to be having issues when I capture a freeze in the SS about once or twice a day.

When I capture something is comes back and says it didn't capture the still...however..if I have any still in the other 3 still stores..I lose that still..so then I have to go back and capture the old still again..

SO I started clearing out each of the 4 stills before I capture but still have the issue....

Any ideas??

Hi Chris,

When you capture an image it does save that image to the Hard Drive. So even after the channel is ejected during a capture that original still is in the Hard Drive and you should not have to go back and capture it again, just recall it again.

If you are having repeated capture issue please save your logs shortly after the failed captures and email them to us so we can look at them.

HHHMMM...actually Les it does disappear..I can go to the Parent Directory and it shows the still but when I click on it it is not there...so..maybe I have another issue...

Yes I would also check that you are not storing to a different directory all of a sudden and that is where the captures are all going now instead of the root
