When testing the keyer todo "still capture", we have locked the keyer 1 and 3 with e media store M1 and M3 ( auto select mode set).

How can I unlock the 2 media store when using the "auto select" mode

I don't think I understand your question correctly. When you do an AutoKey you are doing a Linear key that uses Media 1 for fill and Media 3 for alpha. If you just want to do a luma key you can select Self key. If you want to do a split key then hold down the Auto Select button and then select the new Alpha source on the Key bus while held down.
