    Hi,

    For demo purpose I'm trying to connect my carbonite switcher 2M to dashboard version 6.

    The dashboard does not detect the rack when google chrome works for Media store manager on the same computer.

    I know that you don't support the dashboard version 6 knowing that it is a beta version but I just would like to know if it is normal or not in order I don't loose time to try to connect it if it shouldn't work.

    Connecting Dashboard and Media Manager should be no problem at all, I do it all the time from the same computer. Are you saying that DashBoard connects correctly but you are loosing connection when you open the Media Manager in Chrome?

    No, I just meant that the dashboard v.6 does not detect the Carbonite rack when Google chrome succeeds to connect meaning that IP link is correct.

    Another information, if I launch dashboard 5.1, I succeed to connect it to the carbonite rack but Dashboard v6 does not see anything even if I click on refresh device button or if I type manually the Carbonite rack IP address.

    Maybe there is a manipulation to perform specific to Dashboard v6 to succeed to connect the carbonite rack ?

    In DashBoard 6.0 try adding the Carbonite manually by clicking the 'plus' sign and adding a TCP/IP openGear connection, then just put in the Carbonite address. It should connect and work fine.
