I phoned in a couple of times with tech support and even had them remote into our computer to try and work through Dashboard. The connections between the switcher and Xpression show that they are active and connected. Everything is dialed in correctly for Dashboard. At one point it actually worked while in 3G mode but went gray shortly after that. Me, my IT manager, and Ross tech support all saw that the connections were correct.
Once I switched to 3G mode, the switcher automatically operates in 1080p 59.94. Is there another switch that I have to do after that? Not sure what you are referring to by configuration.
