Production Switchers

I have a Carbonite 2M, and I use the menu selection buttons to load media into the media stores. However, recently, M2 would come up with an error whenever I did that so I would have to browse for the file that I wanted to use. I thought that maybe there was something wrong with the media database for that particular file, until yesterday, when I tried clearing it by typing 000 into the buttons and it came up with the same error (I could only clear it using the Media Manager).

When the error comes up (error loading), it always has in the top right-corner of the display a media number V1.17X where X is the number I typed in. Even typing 001 will show V1.171 instead of V1.001. Is there something that I can do to fix it short of doing a factory reset?

Looks like someone set the "focus" to be at the bank 17 level.

Click on Browse -- but press next and you will see that your set to single digit entry now and the focus bank is 17. Click on the knob to turn this back to 3 digit entry.
