Production Switchers

The menu buttons on the Ross Carbonite I am using will turn but they will not push down to activate the menu. Has anyone else had this problem?

Sounds like the Knobs have moved down the shaft too far.

You need a .5 Allen Key and you can adjust the set screw. Lift it up a little and then you can set it again. Now it should be fine.
