Hi Ryan,
No there is no way to "Lock" a memory. I would suggest saving your settings to USB so that you can Recall your Memories from that file if they are changed.
on the USB you can save SET0-SET9 so essentially 10 sets. What is a little know secret is that if you go into the /switcher directory you can make new directories or rename saved sets to another name. once there is a directory created or renamed it will show up in the menu -- so essentially you have unlimited Switcher Setups that you can have on a single USB.
