  • 1.  Crossover Mask Key

    I am using a mask key in Keyer 2 and the mask will not stay when the Key is selected. I can watch the percentages changing when it is selected and on air the mask keeps on getting smaller and smaller. Is this an user, hardware, or a software issue?

    Sounds like there might be a calibration issue.

    If you do a DVE Key does the DVE do a similar response?

    Yes that was the issue the joy stick needed calibrating. Thanks for your help
