Production Switchers

hi, we're using carbonite 2me switcher, our problem is the number 3 taly light is intermitted while the rest tally light are not, we've check all the tallylight connectors and we found out there's no loss connection... can you please help us.... thanks

you should call Tech Support at 613-652-4886. The will be able to support you, and if determined to be hardware issue work on getting it taken care of.
