  • 1.  Version 11.1 - Dashboard bug?

    I just upgraded one of our 1ME Carbonite switchers to the latest firmware version 11.1.0.13375 ... and noticed that we are missing some functionality in the new Dashboard panels.

    On the Live Assist - ME page - we are no longer able to see/change the ME Rate or any of the Key Rates... as we were under the last firmware (8.0.3) - see attached pictures...

    Did you upgrade your Dashboard software to version 7?

    I am running Carbonitte 11.0 and Dashboard 7 and I have the ME & Key Rates in Live Assist.
