Production Switchers

Is there a way to force the switcher to recognize that files have changed on the USB Drive? I've been using FTP to update the files on the switcher, but both the web interface and the interface on the panel still list files that have been deleted long ago. Do I need to re-format the USB drive to get it to recognize the updated files? Or is there a step I'm missing?

To clarify: New files are showing up correctly as well as new folders. But old images from the drive are still showing up. I can't display them, but they show up in the file list.

You have to "load" the file and then the switcher will notify you it no longer exists and will then ask you to free up the database ID.

You would not need to format the whole drive but you can delete the database file which is a hidden file on the root if the drive.
