You can absolutely create the DVE moves you want, if you save each DVE location in memories and set the recall attributes to EffDiss (Effects Dissolve) then recalling the memory will result in the DVE moving between the saved positions. You may then create a Custom Control that recalls the appropriate memory for the position you want and include keyswap is the priorities need to change.
I would recommend that with each save you set the effects dissolve attribute and then set the recall attribute to Memory, that would allow the effects dissolve to then only apply to the selected saves and not any others you may have.
Oh "“ you can also set the rate of the effects dissolve as part of your save or recall.
Memory attributes are incredibly powerful and when memories and customs are combined you can create very powerful effects indeed.
