Production Switchers

Hello Switcher support team,

Have noticed the new V12.0 software have released for Carbonite switcher, but don't know why cannot download the whole 281Mb software.

It just stuck on the 277Kb and seems download is completed, but the downloaded file cannot unzipped & report error ....

Can the Ross switcher support team help on this issue?

Are you putting the ver 12 download onto a stick by itself, nothing else on the stick except the download?

I just checked the download and it was able to download for me to my downloads section. Are you getting the pop up telling you that it requires extra time to complete and are confirming it? Or are you not seeing it so that is resulting in the file really never starting?

Actually the download started but it ended up with the zip file named "carbonite v12.0" , only 278KB in very quick time (within 2 mins) & cannot be extracted.
