    Please excuse the question if it's too simple...

    We purchased the Carbonite 1-A ME production switcher. In the switcher display, it shows:

    SW Version 8.0.3.10860

    Is that the latest version of that switcher model? I thought I had seen version 10.0 mentioned, but I wasn't sure for which Ross switcher.

    Version 10.1 is on the Carbonite software downloads page of the website.

    It is for all carbonite switchers and models.
