After upgrading to 8.0 I can't add our O1v96 audio mixer through device manager - I go thru all the steps but the mixer is not added?

Also I lose fsfc after restart the system .

Need help fast

I have rolled back to 7.2 and the audio mixer works and the fcfs retain their status

Hi Peter,

I am very sorry, I have only just noticed this thread. There was indeed a bug in 8.0 that lost input settings on reboot and that is why we released 8.0.1. However, we have not had an issue with audio mixer control.

Is this resolved? If not can you please contact tech support. If this is a bug we need to know asap, I confirmed this morning that we do not see this issue in our labs.

I have tested on our second Carbonite and have the same issue.Were your tests with a Yamaha o1v96?

If I roll back the upgrade the audio follow video works fine.This happens with 2 different carbonites and 2 different O1v96 audio mixers.

The problem is when i try to add the device with device manager I push confirm but the settings are not retained no audio mixer has been added?

I contacted support in February and was promised it would be looked into.

We have found that this is a bug in the new version, our apologies. For anyone who is connected to an external Audio Mixer we recommend rolling back to V 7.3.4 for now. We have fixed the bug and are verifying the build for a bug fix release. Version 8.0.3 will be released next week and then your mixer will work as expected.
