Hi,
I'm having difficulty connecting my Ross Carbonite to my camera via CamBot Controller. I've followed the steps listed in the Online Carbonite Device setup. It seems the Carbonite is pinging, however I'm still unable to take control of the camera from the joystick or knobs. I guess I was hoping for any ideas, or if anyone has run into common troubleshooting methods of their own.
A simple run thru of my steps:
1) Setup device control (cambot_1.0) with the IP of the CamBot Controller interface using port 2050.
2) Apply said device to camera input, not sure if the Channel value matters so I leave it at one.
3) Go into CamBot Configuration and apply remote: Ross Video to settings.
From there, as long as there is ping between the ETH1 IP Address of the Carbonite Configuration Network and the Cambot device interface, I should be able to control from the switcher joystick.
Any advice is much appreciated.
Thanks,
Ryan
