    Hello,

May I ask you a question about audio with media?

I set my multiviewer on pass threw. I can hear audio from sources but when I choose my media players(m1-m4 or mw) i have no audio.

I do match the settings from the manual (48000 en 20-24) Is it possible on a not media mainframe? What am I doing wrong?

    Thanks!

    Hi Richard,

When you pick the media channel on the MV ANC source you need to make sure the media item has the correct audio. So if the animation is NAME_0000.tga or PNG then the associated audio file needs to be NAME.WAV. Then the system will load them together and play them.

Wauw what a fast reply thanks!

But We do the thinks you say. Stil no audio... Is the mainframe able to play from the media? In the media manager I see a audio logo in the thumbnail but no audio on mv anc source. If i change this to another source there is audio. Only m1 to m4 nothing. Also when i manually load and play in the media manager (audio only) there.s no sound...

    Thanks

To me this sounds like your audio may not be encoded properly.

The audio implementation was done long before we released the other frame choices so I am sure it works.

Needs to be 48Khz. Also needs to make sure you have te channels encoded to the correct channels as we support multichannel wav files.
