  • 1.  Loose fader bar

    Hi,

    We have a Carbonite 2M panel (acquired in 2012) and yesterday I noticed while switching that the fader bar on MLE 2 (which I use the most) felt a bit loose. It's the handle itself that's loose, not the lever part. I notice there are two screws son each end of the handle; can those be tightened?

    Hello James,

    Indeed you can tighten the handle on that fader bar, I am surprised it has loosened up. If you have any issues with it please contact tech support. All Ross faders and guaranteed for life, so if you need it you can get a free replacement regardless of the age of the switcher.

    Hi Nigel,

    Thanks for that. It was the screw on the right that was loose. Hopefully it won't move again, but if so I'll be sure to contact tech support.
