Production Switchers

When loading in an animated wipe the online dashboard and the panel don't allow me to click on 'media' at all to access it by following these steps.
Navigation Menu > Live Assist and trying to select media.
Do you know why this would be?
The media manager allows me to load in the wipe fully and I'm following these rules:

Sorry I think some info is missing as to what your referring to. I will try to respond based on what I think your referring to.

If your not seeing media items on the live assist media wipe page you have to enter their media number into the shot box to assign them to a button.

First you load the media items via media manager. Once loaded for the first time they will be assigned an ID. Use that number to map it to a shot box button.

In the media manager you can load and manage the media items on the USB. There you will see a property which is the media number.

You put that number into the Live Assist media wipe shotbox menu. Then it will be assigned to a button.
